Edit Permissions for Zoom Desktop Client for MacOS

How do I edit permissions for Zoom Desktop Client for macOS?

Resolution

1. Make sure the Zoom application is closed.
2. Click the Apple menu at the top left corner of your screen.
3. Click System Settings.
4. Click Privacy & Security.
5. Scroll to and select the permission that you need to update: Camera, Microphone, Screen Recording, Files and Folders, or Accessibility.
6. Toggle on access for zoom.us and/or Zoom Rooms.
7. If prompted, enter your Mac username and password to make changes.
8. A window will appear prompting you to restart Zoom or the Zoom Rooms application.
9. If you need to allow other permissions, click Later. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for any additional permissions you need to enable,
10. Reopen Zoom and you should now have full access.

Note: WKU-owned computers will require using Privileges app for administrator privileges to make changes.
