How do I completely close an app on my iPhone?

Resolution

iPhone 8 or earlier

1. Double tap the Home Button.
2. Swipe up on the app you want to close.

iPhone X or newer

1. From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen.
2. Swipe up on the app you want to close.
