Signing into a Student Email Account using Azure Active Directory

Issue/Question

I have a student email account that was moved to Azure Active Directory for things like accessing remote computer labs. How do I sign into my student email account? 

Environment

• WKU Email
  • Student Email Accounts
    • Azure Active Directory

Cause

Student email accounts that are migrated over to use Azue Active Directory will not have their own passwords; they will use the NetID password for authentication. 

Resolution

You will sign into your account just like you normally would, but instead, you will use your WKU NetID password instead of your email password. The email password no longer exists. If you need to reset your NetID password you may do that here.
