Accessing E-Signature Forms

How do I access the WKU E-Signature forms?

Resolution

1. Go here.
2. Click Form needed.
3. Sign in with your WKU Account and Password.
   Note: If the form was sent to a generic/departmental account, you will need to log in with that account's WKU ID and PIN.
