Moving Content Items in Course

Issue/Question

How do I move content items to another area in my course? 

Environment

• Blackboard

Cause

You have a content item that needs to be placed in another location.  

Resolution

1. Navigate to course where you wish to move the content. 
2. Hover over item and when the glove cursor appears, click and hold your mouse button. 
3. Drag item to desired location and release mouse button. 
   Note: If you wish to move an item into a new folder or module, hover over the name of folder / module for a few moments to open it.
