PILOT - How to Request ITS Services for AV, Comm, Physical Security, or Construction / Renovation Project

Instructions for submitting a project request for ITS services related to AudioVisual, Communications, Physical Security or Construction / Renovation for ITS to review.

Issue/Question

How do I submit a request for ITS Services related to AudioVisual, Communications, Physical Security or Construction / Renovation related projects?

Cause

A project request needs to be submitted to Information Technology Services related to AudioVisual, Communications, Physical Security or Construction / Renovation that either requires ITS support, needs ITS review to determine if ITS scope is required, or needs estimation. 

Resolution

1. Go here.
2. Click Request Service.
3. Complete form in as much detail as possible.
   Note: Once a Building is selected a room number box will appear and must be filled in.
4. Click Save.
5. On the next screen, You must click Review and Submit.
6. Using the Drag and drop attachments here to upload box, add any attachments you may have. 
7. You must click Submit button in order for ITS to review your request.
