How do I setup a GrubHub+ account using my employee or student WKU Account?
Cause
To place Grubhub orders on campus utilizing meal swipes, users will need to associate their WKU Account.
Resolution
- Install GrubHub app from Play Store or App Store.
- Create a GrubHub account using your @wku.edu or @topper.wku.edu email.
- Tap Allow Location Services While Using App.
- Let app find your location while on campus and tap Next.
- When prompted if you attend or work at WKU, tap I Want In!
- Select your class or faculty/staff status.
- Tap Next.
- Tap Add Card.
- Enter your WKU Account, password, and multifactor authentication.
- Open GrubHub app.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Campus Dining.
- Tap Find Your Campus.
- Select Western Kentucky University.
- Tap Add Affiliation.
- Select your class or faculty/staff status.
- Tap Next.
- Tap Add Card.
- Enter your WKU Account, password, and multifactor authentication.
