Apply WKU Styles to a Form

Issue/Question

I created a form but it doesn’t match the WKU website theme appearance.

Environment

  • Web CMS

Cause

The Custom Styles URL field in the form settings was not configured during form setup, so WKU styles were not applied.

Resolution

  1. Click Content tab.
  2. Select Forms.
  3. Use Filter to locate your form in the list.
  4. Click Form Title.
  5. Check Out form.
  6. Click Edit tab.
  7. Open Form Settings above available elements.
  8. Scroll to Custom Styles URL field in Form Settings.
  9. Enter WKU Styles URL:
     https://www.wku.edu/_resources/css/forms/cms-forms.css
  10. Exit Form Settings and Save form.
  11. Launch form to make changes live.
