Issue/Question

How do I add a form to a page on my website?

Environment

  • Web CMS

Cause

The form exists but has not been added to the page through the Insert Form option in the editor.

Resolution

  1. In Web CMS, go to page that needs the form displayed.
  2. Check out page.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Edit Content Area for section you want to insert form.
  5. Click in the WYSIWYG editor where you want form to be displayed.
  6. Click Insert Form in the WYSIWYG toolbar. 
  7. Locate your form in Forms dropdown (e.g., yoursitename_form_name).
  8. Click Insert.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Publish your page and include a version note that the form was added.
