Adjusting Time Zone (Formstack)

Issue/Question

The time zone is incorrect on form submissions and on my account. How do I change the time zone?

Environment

• Formstack Suite platform (currently focusing on Forms module)

Cause

The default time zone for new forms and on the account is in Eastern Time.

Resolution

Set Your Account Time Zone

1. Sign into Formstack using your WKU Account.
2. Click Your Profile in left menu.
3. Under Time Zone section, select time zone that matches your location or preference.
4. Click Save changes.

Set Time Zone For Individual Form Submissions

Note: Once the time zone setting on the individual form is changed, submission times for that form will reflect the form's time zone setting instead of the account's time zone.

1. Navigate to specific form you want to configure.
2. Click Settings.
3. Find the Time zone for submissions setting.
4. Select the desired time zone for that form’s submission timestamps.
5. Save the form settings.
