How do I request an official academic transcript or view an unofficial transcript?

Requesting Official Transcript

Official transcripts can be obtained from National Student Clearinghouse. If you have questions, contact Office of the Registrar.

Navigate to National Student Clearinghouse.
Hover over Order-Track-Verify and click Order a Transcript.
Input Western Kentucky University, click Continue >.
Complete steps to order your transcript.

Viewing Unofficial Transcript

If you are alumni or a prior student, you will need to order your transcript from the National Student Clearinghouse. If you have questions, contact Office of the Registrar.

Log into TopNet.
Note: Only active Students, Students who have attended within the last year, Faculty, and Staff can access TopNet.
Click Student Services.
Click Student Records.
Click Unofficial Academic Transcript.
Click Submit to generate your unofficial transcript.
