How do I install a DYMO Label Printer?

Environment

• DYMO Label Printer

Resolution

Install the software

1. Go to DYMO Software Download Center.
2. Download software for your printer model and operating system.
3. Open installer and follow prompts.
4. If administrator access is required, use:
   • Windows: Make Me Admin
   • Mac: Privileges
5. Restart your computer if prompted.

Connect the printer

1. Connect power adapter and turn on printer.
2. Load labels.
3. Connect USB cable to your computer.
4. Wait for computer to recognize printer.

Print a test label

1. Open DYMO software.
2. Select your printer and correct label size.
3. Enter Test Label and click Print.
4. Check label prints correctly.

Troubleshooting

• Printer not found: Check the power and USB connections. Try another USB port.
• Not printing: Confirm the correct printer is selected and labels are loaded.
• Text cut off: Check that the selected label size matches the loaded labels.
