What do I do when I get emailed spam or a phishing scam?
Resolution
If you have responded to a phishing email with any of your information (such as username, password, or otherwise), follow
these instructions.
- Right-click email message.
- Click Report.
- Click Junk (if message is spam) or Phishing (if message is phishing scam).
- Right-click email message.
- Click Report.
- Click Junk (if message is spam) or Phishing (if message is phishing scam).
- Open the message.
- Tap More.
- Tap Report Junk.
- Tap Junk (if message is spam) or Phishing (if message is phishing scam).
