Why is the course in which I am trying to register / re-register not allowing me to enroll?
Resolution
Some TopNet courses are restricted and need enrollment approval. Contact either the course instructor, the department the course is housed under, or your advisor for more information on how to be added to the roster.
Note: A restricted course is marked with a letter 'R' in the column before the CRN column when searching for courses on Topnet.
