Information about the maximum amount of recipients you can email in one email through Exchange.

How many recipients can I send an email to at one time?

Resolution

TopperMail accounts may message 250 recipients per email message, per 15 minutes. After 15 minutes from the time the last message has been sent from a TopperMail account, the message count resets back to 0.
