Unlocking a Checked-Out Web CMS Page

Issue/Question

I need to edit a page checked out by somebody else.

Environment

• Web CMS

Resolution

You need to contact the person who has the page checked-out first. If there is extenuating circumstances as to why the person who has the page checked out cannot uncheck the page or that person is no longer with WKU please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
