Placing Call on Hold (Cisco Phone)

How do I place a call on hold on my physical desk phone?

Environment

• Cisco Phone 8941
• Cisco Phone 8945

Resolution

1. Press Hold button. The hold button displays and line button pulses green.
2. To resume, press pulsing green button, Resume softkey, or Select button in navigation pad.
