How do I look up the username and/or password for a guest account?
Resolution
The account sponsor is the only one who can look up account credentials. If you are the guest, contact the sponsor who originally gave you the account information. Instructions below are listed for the sponsor.
- Log in to Guest Account System.
- Click Current Accounts.
- Click Edit icon next to account.
- Account name and password will display.
