Why would I request this service?

Utilize this service if you are trying to access a file on the Shared (S:) drive and discovered a note from WKU IT telling you the document was removed due to suspected Credit Card or Social Security Number (SSN) information within.

 

Who can request this service?

  • Faculty
  • Staff

 

What happens after I submit the request?

You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU IT will follow-up with you once they have more information for you.
