Report Duo Issue or Associate New Device

Why would I request this service?

 Note: If you have access to your currently enrolled device please follow these steps to add a new device.

Utilize this request if you are having issues associating a new device with your Duo Mobile security app. The Duo Mobile app is used to login into the WKU Cisco AnyConnect VPN and other WKU systems.

  • Faculty
  • Staff

 

What happens after I submit the request?

You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU ITS will follow-up with you once they have more information for you.
