Why would I request this service?

Utilize this request if you need to order toner or other supplies for a high-volume printer managed by the Managed Print Service program.

MPS printers display a low toner alert at 10% remaining. Ricoh is notified via their monitoring system and automatically dispatches the on-site technician with a replacement cartridge at 5%.

In some instances new toner may be delivered and left with the department to replace when current cartridge(s) become empty. Before submitting a toner request form, please verify whether a new toner may have already been delivered and is on-site for the need. Requests for extra toners should be minimized and requested only for areas with high-volume needs.

What happens after I submit the request?

You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU IT will follow-up with you once they have more information for you.
