Why would I request this service?
Utilize this request if you would like to change the manager of a shared mailbox or calendar account.
Note: WKU ITS must receive written approval by email from the department head before the access will be changed. WKU ITS will reach out to the department head listed in the request to get proper approval.
Who can request this service?
Note: The Faculty/Staff Sponsor of a Student Organization will have to enter this request.
What happens after I submit the request?
You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU IT will follow-up with you once they have more information for you.
