Why would I request this service?
Utilize this request if your game console/device won’t auto-register on WKU-WIRELESS. If you have not tried to auto-register on WKU-WIRELESS please follow these steps before submitting this request. WKU’s campus supports a number of wireless/wired devices and game consoles (e.g., Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Smart TV). Gaming and streaming devices work best with a wired Ethernet connection which requires registration using the MAC address of the device.
