Why would I request this service?
Utilize this request to have the caller ID changed for a WKU phone number. This typically is needed when a phone number has been reassigned to a new employee or if an employee's name has changed.
Who can request this service?
What happens after I submit the request?
You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU IT will send another email confirmation once the caller ID has been changed.
