Request Call Center Changes

Why would I request this service?

Utilize this request if you need to make changes to an existing call center on WKU's campus.

Example requests:

  • Rename agents assigned to specific phone logins
  • Add new agents
  • Change phone tree options

 

Who can request this service?

  • Faculty
  • Staff

 

What happens after I submit the request?

You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU IT will follow-up via email if they need more information or when changes have been completed.
