Report a Hardware Issue

Why would I request this service?

Utilize this request if you are having issues with a piece of WKU-owned computer hardware.

Example Requests:

  • No sound from speakers
  • Non-working mouse, keyboard, or monitor
  • Non-working hard drive or port

Note: If you are a WKU student having this issue with your computer please bring your computer to TopperTech.

 

Who can request this service?

  • Faculty
  • Staff

 

What happens after I submit the request?

You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU IT will follow-up with you once they have more information for you.
