Colleges and academic support units must receive approval from the Provost to search, modify / reclassify, and provide temporary stipend and rate increases for full-time faculty and staff before submitting Interview Exchange actions and / or the Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF). Exceptions to this are annual staffing plans, part-time faculty, part-time staff (unless it is a non-competitive assignment longer than 1 year or permanent waiver) and positions funded 100% from grant and foundation funds.
