Attach Accreditation, Assessment, Curriculum documentation and submit it to the Office of the Provost. Use this service for any of the follow documentation:
- Curriculum Mapping, Assessment, and Skill Mapping
- Program Accreditation - Provost's Office Staff will make the update in the appropriate academic catalog and upload/archive the document by reference number into BDMS.
