Using Blind Carbon Copy (Bcc) Feature

Issue/Question

How do I access the Bcc option in OWA?

Cause

By default, the Bcc field when composing a new message in OWA is hidden.

Resolution

In order to access the Bcc feature for a single message:

1. When drafting a new message, click on the button that says Bcc at the end of the To address line.
2. The Bcc option will now appear for this message.

In order to turn the Bcc field on by default:

1. Click on  settings in the upper right corner. 
2. Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom. 
3. Select the category of Mail on the left. 
4. Select the subcategory of Compose and reply. 
5. Check the Always show Bcc box, and click Save.
6. The Bcc option will now appear by default when composing messages.
