Disabling Pop-up Blocker

Issue/Question

The site I want to access loads through a pop-up window. It is being blocked by Firefox. How do I let it load?

Cause

By default, Firefox blocks any pop-up window.

Resolution

1. Click the Open menu (three horizontal bars) button in the top-right corner of Firefox.
2. Click Preferences / Options.
3. Select the Content tab.
4. To always allow pop-ups to display for a particular website, click Exceptions.
5. Enter the web address of the desired website, e.g. *.wku.edu, and click Allow.
6. Click Close.
7. Close the Preferences / Options window.
8. Reload the desired page.
