Changing Blackboard Default Course Entry Page

How do I change the entry point for my Blackboard course site or organization?

Environment

  • Blackboard
    • Blackboard Original View

Resolution

This process is used only for Blackboard Original View courses. There is not a way to change the default course entry in Blackboard Ultra.
  1. Log into Blackboard.
  2. Navigate to the course you wish to change.
  3. Under the Course Management, expand Customization.
  4. Click on Teaching Style.
  5. You can change the entry point under Select Course Entry Point section.
