How do I update my iOS device?

Environment

• iOS

Cause

A new software update has been released for iOS.

Resolution

1. Tap Settings.
2. Select General.
3. Select Software Update.
4. Tap Download and Install.
5. Tap Install Now.

   Note: You may have to enter a passcode if you have one setup for your device.
