Making Recordings Available Outside of Blackboard

How can I change my Mediasite recording to be accessible outside of Blackboard?

Resolution

 Note: Changing security rights of recordings is not recommended for most circumstances. However, if a recording needs to be accessible outside of Blackboard, the security setting role of Everyone will make a recording accessible to anyone with the link.

1. Open My Mediasite.
2. Select the presentation.
3. Scroll down the right column to the Who Can View? section.
4. Move the slider to Everyone.
5. Click Share Presentation.
6. Copy the URL in the Quick Link field to share it as needed outside of Blackboard.
