Issue/Question
I received an email stating that I have reached my Mediasite quota and I can no longer create presentations.
Environment
Cause
WKU students have a 5GB quota and faculty/staff have a 50GB quota.
Resolution
If you have reached your quota limit, and you cannot delete presentations to make more space, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
