I received an email message from an email account ending in @mail.wku.edu. Should I trust email from this domain?
Resolution
In select circumstances, WKU ITS allows third-party vendor systems to send email on behalf of select WKU email addresses. Due to a combination of security concerns and technical limitations, ITS sometimes allows vendors to send from the following alternative domains:
WKU is authoritative for the domains listed above. Email messages sent from these domains may well be legitimate, but you should always carefully evaluate any message that you receive.
