How do I activate a residence hall phone?
Resolution
Residence Hall phone lines will need to be activated by WKU ITS. To activate the phone line, submit an online request or contact the ITS Service Desk. You will need to request phone services each academic year. For example, if you activated your line in Fall 2017 you would need to request your activation again in Fall 2018.
Note: You must provide your own phone. Long distance calls are not provided but can be made if a calling card is purchased.
