Deactivate Student Worker Accounts

Why would I request this service?

Utilize this request if you have a student worker that is ending employment with your department and you would like their accounts deactivated. These accounts include AD groups, Banner access, and sponsored Exchange email accounts.

Note: Only use for student workers. Faculty or Staff employment termination should be coordinated with Human Resources.

 

Who can request this service?

  • Faculty
  • Staff

 

What happens after I submit the request?

You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU IT will contact you once all accounts have been deactivated.
