Issue/Question
The department that I work for is showing up incorrectly under the Title category in the Global Address Book.
Cause
The employee may be paid between two departments and the wrong one is listed as their default department in Banner.
Resolution
The client will need to contact Human Resources at 270-745-5360 to have their default department changed in Banner.
