Constantly Being Logged Out

Issue/Question

When attempting to log into my email after resetting my password I am constantly logged back out before I reach the inbox.

Environment

  • WKU Email

Resolution

  1. Clear the cache of your browser.
  2. Attempt to log back in using your changed password.
  3. If the issue persists, go to the Accounts Management page.
  4. Reset the email password through Accounts Management.
  5. Clear the cache of your browser again.
  6. Log into your account using the new password.
