On your browser toolbar, click

Clear browsing data
.
In the dropdown box labeled
Time range
, choose
All time
.
Check
Cookies and other site data
and
Cached images and files
.
Click
Clear data
.
Firefox
Click the
menu button
.
Click
Settings
.
Preferences
.
Click
Privacy & Security
.
Scroll down to
Cookies and Site Data
.
Click
Clear Data...
Click
Clear
.
Click
Clear Now.
Exit Firefox and re-open the browser.
Internet Explorer
Click the
icon.
Select
Internet Options
.
Select the
General tab
.
Click
Delete...
under the
Browsing history
category.
Uncheck
Preserve Favorites website data
.
Check
Temporary Internet files and
website files
.
Check
Cookies and website data
.
Click
Delete
.
Click
OK
.
Completely close out of
Internet Explorer
.
Microsoft Edge
On your browser tool bar, click the
icon.
Click
Settings
.
Select the
Privacy, search, and services tab
.
In the
Clear browsing data
section, click the button that says
Choose what to clear
next to
Clear browsing data now
.
In the
Time range
drop-down menu, select
All time
.
Check the boxes
next to
Cookies and and other site data
and
Cached images and files
. Everything else may remain unchecked.
Click the
Clear now
button.
Note:
I
f there is a large amount of data to clear this process may take a few moments to complete.
Completely
close and reopen
Edge once the data has been cleared.

Complete close Safari and reopen it.
