I have a hold on TopNet that tells me to call the ITS Service Desk. What do I do?
WKU ITS will place a hold on a student account in TopNet if there is an outstanding issue that needs to be resolved between the student and WKU ITS.
Please contact the WKU ITS Service Desk to resolve your hold.
