Viewing and Removing Holds

Issue/Question

How do I find out what hold(s) are on my account and get them removed?

Resolution

  1. Log into Topnet.
  2. Click Student Services.
  3. Click Student Records.
  4. Click View Holds.
    Note: Unless ITS Service Desk or other ITS department is listed as the originator, the ITS Service Desk does not have the ability to lift holds on TopNet accounts. You will have to contact the phone number or email given on the hold to have it removed.  The ITS Service Desk cannot override a hold from another WKU department.
