I cannot log into the iStart system.
Environment
Resolution
If you are actively enrolled in classes at WKU:
- Click Login under the Current Students, Faculty, or Staff section.
- Enter your NetID and password.
- Click Sign in.
- If you cannot login, try accessing another NetID-based system, such as Blackboard or myWKU.
- If you can login to another NetID-based system, the issue is with iStart. Contact the International Student Office at 270-745-4857, or by email at iem@wku.edu for assistance.
- If you cannot login to another NetID-based system, confirm your NetID and reset your NetID password. If you still have trouble logging in, contact the ITS Service Desk at 270-745-7000 or via chat.
If you are not actively enrolled in classes at WKU:

- Visit iStart here.
- Click Limited Services.
- If you do not have a Limited Access PIN, click on E-mail me my Limited Access PIN.
Note: This is not the same PIN as your TopNet WKU ID PIN.
- If you have your limited access PIN, enter your WKU ID, Date of Birth, and the Limited Access PIN.
- Click Login.
