How do I change my preferred e-mail address on file?

Resolution

1. Log into TopNet.
2. Navigate to the Personal Information tab.
3. Select View / Update Email Address(es).
4. Select either Personal or Billing for the type of address to place on file.
5. Fill out the fields that are requested.
6. Set the e-mail address that you just entered as preferred.
