Logging into CPDOnline

How do I log into my CPDOnline class?

Resolution

1. Navigate to https://wku.blackboard.com/.
   Note: The Compatibility Check at the bottom of the page should have three green check marks. If it does not, or if you receive a message notifying you than an update is needed, please try using a different web browser or computer. For more information, please see Supported Browsers and Operating Systems. 
2. Click the CPD Sign In button.
3. Enter your Blackboard username as shown in the email you received from blackboard@wku.edu.
   Note: This username is case sensitive (ex. WK123456). If you did not receive an email with your Blackboard username, it may have been blocked by your email client. Please contact CPD to request that this email be re-sent to you or for further assistance with locating your username.
4. Enter the password you created when you registered for the CPD course. Your password is the same for the Learning Stream registration system and for the Blackboard system.
5. Click Sign in.
6. Validate the MFA (multi-factor authentication) prompt that comes up to complete your login to Blackboard. If you have never logged into the account before, you will be asked to set up MFA upon your first login. 
   Note: The first time you log into Blackboard you may need to scroll down and click Get Started to dismiss the introductory screen. Click Courses on the left menu to see your course(s).
