Resetting CPD Student ID Password

Issue/Question

How do I reset my CPD Student ID password for my CPD Online class?

Resolution

If you are unable to log into CPDOnline due to needing a multi-factor authentication (MFA) reset, please contact WKU Continuing & Professional Development via email at LL@wku.edu, by phone at (270) 745-1912, or by using the CPD online contact form.
  1. Navigate to the password reset page.
  2. Click Forgot your Login ID/WKU# and/or Password?
  3. Enter your email address and click Request Login Information.
  4. You should receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
    • Note: If you do not receive an email, please verify that you have entered the correct email address. For further assistance with updating your email address and password, please contact LL@wku.edu 
  5. Click the password reset link in the email you received. 
  6. Enter your new password then click Save New Password
    • Note: The password change may take up to 12 minutes to update in Blackboard. 
  7. Log into WKU Blackboard.

Note: To update other account information, return to the Learning Stream login page.
