Logging into CPDOnline

How do I log into my CPDOnline class?

Resolution

1. Navigate to https://wku.blackboard.com/. 
2. Click CPD Sign In.
3. Enter Blackboard username as shown in the email you previously received from blackboard@wku.edu.
   Note: Username is case sensitive (ex. WK123456). If you did not receive a Blackboard username email, please contact CPD to request further assistance. 
4. Enter password you created when you registered for the CPD course. Your password is the same for the Learning Stream registration system and for the Blackboard system.
5. Click Sign in.
6. Validate the MFA (multi-factor authentication) prompt. If you have never logged into the account before, you will be asked to set up MFA upon your first login. 
   Note: The first time you log into Blackboard you may need to scroll down and click Get Started to dismiss the introductory screen. Click Courses on the left menu to see your course(s).
