Resetting CPD Student ID Password

Issue/Question

How do I reset my CPD Student ID password for my CPD Online class?

Resolution

1. Navigate to the CPD password reset page.
2. Click Forgot your Login ID/WKU# and/or Password?
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click Request Login Information.
5. You should receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
   Note: If you do not receive an email, please verify that you have entered the correct email address. For further assistance with updating your email address and password, please contact contact WKU CPD. 
6. Click the password reset link in the email you received. 
7. Enter your new password.
8. Click Save New Password. 
   Note: The password change may take up to 12 minutes to update in Blackboard. 
9. Log into WKU Blackboard.
