Issue/Question
When I try to update my Mailing Address I get this error message:
Errors occurred. Please try again.
Valid From This Date / Until This Date combination overlaps existing address which is effective from 00/00/0000 until (No end date).
Cause
This error is given when you try to add a type of address after it's already been added before.
Resolution
You have to click Current: next to the type of address you are trying to update. Do not try to update an address by selecting an option from the Type of Address to Insert dropdown menu. See related article Updating Mailing Address for more information.
