How do I get assistance with Qualtrics?
Resolution
ITS provides limited support for Qualtrics as follows:
If receiving an incorrect password error, make sure you are using your WKU Account email address as username. If so and still experiencing issues, follow
these instructions to reset your Qualtrics password.
If you submitted too many incorrect login attempts and your account is locked, please click Request Service to request ITS unlock your account.
To transfer an existing survey to a new owner, please click Request Service.
